Terms and Conditions
General Information:
All custom trees, plants and bushes are set with plaster in paper mache.
This does not include florals unless specified. Prices include all
materials and labor. Prices do not apply to delivery or sales taxes.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Volume discounts are
available.
Terms: 50%
Deposit due with order on commercial accounts. 100% due for retail
accounts. The balance is due upon installation or delivery. Custom
orders are non-cancelable once production begins.
Fire-Retardant: Add
15%-20% upcharge for fire retardant. Topical fire retardant can be
applied upon request to most varieties of foliage when inherent fire
retardant foliage is not available.
Delivery / Shipping: Packing,
delivery and freight charges will be set up in the shipping chart. For
large orders shippable by pallets shipping will be less. Shipping will
vary be product, size and quantity.
Claims: Claims
for damaged goods are the responsibility of the carrier and must be noted
at the time of delivery. Inspect cartons before signing for merchandise.
Care: Permanent
silks have an extremely long life span when properly maintained. Cleaning
products are available upon request.
